To update the Meghdoot 7.0 to Update 7.9.4 Please Follow the Below steps:

1. Please Download the attached Folder from Below link

Download

2. Extract the Folder from Rar Folder 
3. Then Using Script Tool,  Run .exl files from each folder.
4. Then replace the exe and .dll files from respective Folders.
